Adjustable Multi-Position Maternity Support Pillow
A contoured long pillow with a shaped headrest and a pair of half-moon wedges joined by adjustable bridge straps. Slide the wedges out to widen the support, detach them for the back or under the knees, or use the long pillow on its own.
A shape that changes with the position
A fixed pillow supports one posture. This one is built from a long contoured body and two separate wedges, so the same product covers side sleeping, sitting up and lower-back support.
Shaped headrest
The upper end is contoured and softly raised, giving the head and neck a defined place to rest without an extra pillow.
Detachable wedge pair
Two half-moon wedges clip to the long body with fabric bridges. Remove one or both and use them under the bump, behind the waist or between the knees.
Bridge straps set the width
Sliding the straps changes how far the wedges sit from the main body, so the fit can be re-set as the bump grows.

The wedges are not sewn to the body. They attach with a fabric bridge, so the set can be a full support cradle in the evening and a single lumbar cushion at a desk the next morning.

Use it long, or use it short
Detach both wedges and the main body is a slim, shaped bolster that follows the curve of the waist and the bump. Keep one wedge attached for extra height behind the back, or fold the pair into a compact backrest for reading in bed.

Are the wedges permanently attached?
No. The two half-moon wedges connect to the long pillow with fabric bridge straps and can be removed in seconds, so the set can be reconfigured or used as separate cushions.
Can the distance between the wedges be adjusted?
Yes. The bridge straps set the span between the wedges and the main body, so the fit can be widened as pregnancy progresses.
Can I order the long pillow without the wedges?
Yes, for OEM programmes we can quote the long pillow alone or with a single wedge. Tell us the configuration you need when requesting a quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 pcs per design for custom colours, custom structures or custom packaging. Ready-stock colourways can start from a 300-piece trial run.
Can we order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock colourways can be sampled quickly and shipped by courier. Custom colour or fabric development takes 7–10 days.
Do you supply the pillow under our own brand?
Yes. Woven labels, printed labels, hangtags and retail packaging are all produced to your artwork, and we do not put our own brand on OEM goods.
Can you match a specific size, fabric or firmness?
Yes. Send your tech pack or a reference sample and we will quote against it. Filling weight, cover fabric and dimensions are all confirmed before sampling.
How is the pillow packed for export?
Each pillow is compressed into a PE bag and packed in an export carton. Carton quantity and carton dimensions are confirmed with the quotation for your order.
