A clean U contour with a shaped inner cut-out
Seen on its own, the pillow is a single continuous U with a tapered inner opening. The arms are filled to the same density as the base, so the ends do not go flat where the head and knees rest.

Built to stay put all night
Because the U wraps both sides of the body, the pillow holds its position when the sleeper turns. It also folds into a deep backrest for reading, feeding or working from bed.

The U is filled with resilient polyester fibre, weighed so the base and both arms compress at the same rate. There is no foam core, so the pillow can be folded for a backrest and compressed for export packing.

Is the U pillow one piece or joined sections?
It is one continuous piece. There are no connectors or sewn-together arms, which is why it holds its shape when the sleeper changes position.
What is the difference between the velvet and knit versions?
The shaping and fill are identical. Plush velvet has a warmer, denser pile; fine knit is smoother and lighter with a matte finish. Both are available across the stock colour range.
Can the pillow be folded for sitting up?
Yes. Propped against a headboard, the U folds into a deep backrest with the two arms acting as side bolsters.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 pcs per design for custom colours, custom structures or custom packaging. Ready-stock colourways can start from a 300-piece trial run.
Can we order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock colourways can be sampled quickly and shipped by courier. Custom colour or fabric development takes 7–10 days.
Do you supply the pillow under our own brand?
Yes. Woven labels, printed labels, hangtags and retail packaging are all produced to your artwork, and we do not put our own brand on OEM goods.
Can you match a specific size, fabric or firmness?
Yes. Send your tech pack or a reference sample and we will quote against it. Filling weight, cover fabric and dimensions are all confirmed before sampling.
How is the pillow packed for export?
Each pillow is compressed into a PE bag and packed in an export carton. Carton quantity and carton dimensions are confirmed with the quotation for your order.
